Refund Policy believes in being extremely favorable to clients and offers a complete refund if a situation justifies it. Please give a read to the following refund policies before making a refund claim:

Following are the situations that justify refund:

  • The delivered order was different from the placed order.
  • The client doesn’t wish to continue with the order for any reason. If the order is canceled within 24 hours, only then the refund will be processed.
  • The buyer was subjected twice to the payment deduction, due to any glitch from our, or the payment company’s end.

Following are the situations that do not justify refund:

  • The buyer requested a refund after 24 hours of the order placement.
  • The buyer delays communicating during the order placement process.
