Order Cancellation

Football Badges UK’s customer support team is always on its toes to resolve any challenges a client could be facing. However, if there is uncertainty forcing you to cancel your order, following order cancellation policies would be implemented.

Order Cancellation Policies:

• Customized orders are not canceled, and no refund shall be made against them,
• Order cancellation requests is supposed to be made within 24 hours,
• If the order has been forwarded for the production phase, it will not be cancelled,
• For dispatched orders, the order cancellation policy doesn’t work,
• To cancel the order, please approach customer support through email, and pen down the reason clearly,
• It takes 24 hours to cancel the order. Please observe patience during this phase,
• Order cancellation requests might not be approved if a client stays inactive during the process/communication.
